a.周一至周五，6：10分早起，进行15分钟的健身。晚上下班跑步回家，完成每周跑步10公里的任务。跑步期间听喜马拉雅中的软件编程。

完成情况:

周一至周五6点之前早起并且进行了健身。本周跑步里程20公里，只有周五未跑步。跑步期间听的是老友记音频，未听软件编程。

b.早上健身完成后，录制喜马拉雅音频，给小宝讲故事。

完成情况:

本周完成三个音频。下周音频内容为汽车原理+中文故事。

c. 晚上学习流利说英语，半个小时。目标：6月20号升级至Level 7。其余时间，陪孩子看书，看电视，搭乐高。

完成情况:

本周有五天的学习时间在三十分钟以上，还有15个课程未学习。

其余时间都在陪孩子。6.1-6.6早上记录和孩子一起渡过的时光。

d. 工作时间的空闲期，学习一款软件的使用，截止到6月7号。

完成情况:

工作的空闲时间主要是参加了一款设备的线上培训，未学习软件。

下周完成培训课程的学习。
