西红柿炖牛腩是一道很开胃的家常菜,做法也有很多不同种,今天分享另一种做法给大家。

1、备料:牛腩500克、料酒1勺、西红柿4个、洋葱半个、胡萝卜1根、姜4片、冰糖1块、番茄酱适量、八角2个、花椒少许、食盐适量、食用油适量;
2、牛腩用清水泡出血水,切成小块儿;

3、凉水入锅,加几块洋葱、料酒和姜片去腥,水开煮两分钟;

4、捞出牛肉冲去血沫,再重新置水,牛肉入锅,加几片姜,八角,花椒,料酒,清炖牛肉一小时左右,将牛肉炖熟为止;

5、胡萝卜,洋葱切滚刀块,西红柿切小块;

6、起锅热油,姜丝曝香,下入炖熟的牛肉翻炒;

7、把洋葱和胡萝卜倒进去,西红柿下锅翻炒均匀,加入适量盐;
