终极作业 选题三 Sahara

I think Hem will go out the old cheese station and find the new cheese, but he may not be truly changed inside.He changed only because reality forced him to change. I admire Sniff who sniffs out change early, or Scurry who scurry into action, or Haw who learns to adapt in time when he sees changing can lead to something better. But it doesn't mean I have the reason to laugh at Hem only because he refuses to change.

Today, with the rapid development of science and technology, changing has become the new normal and more and more people have learned and enjoyed to adapt to it. While there are still quite a few people who are puzzled and frustrated. They refuse  change not because they are afraid of change. Perhaps they just want to hold their original way of living which is their idea of what cheese is.

I will not persuade Hem to change. Instead I will appeal our society to be inclusive enough to give some space for Hem to survive. We are lucky to have billions of people like Sniff, Scurry and Haw to push the world forward. But we still need someone like Hem to slow down our pace and look back to taste what we once had.
