【口味豆角碎】
食材:长豆角 碎芽菜 红米椒
调料:味极鲜
方法:
1、准备好食材;

2、豆角放开水里煮2分钟;

3、捞出豆角控干水分后放阳光下晒半天,如果是阴天就放置一天;

4、晒好的豆角装盘备用;

5、将豆角和米椒切碎;

6、炒锅热油爆香米椒;

7、放豆角碎翻炒1分钟;

8、放碎芽菜,淋味极鲜翻炒均匀;

小贴士:
1、碎芽菜有盐味,所以不需再放食盐;
2、如果一年四季都想吃到这款下饭菜,可以在夏季豆角多的时候多备一点,豆角不要晒太干,然后装进保鲜袋放冰箱冷冻室保存。再次烹饪时无需解冻,用冷水冲一下再挤干水分即可,味道一样好。
