Interruption: An interruption is something that stops works from being done. Frequent interruption prevents you from staying focused.
打断:打断是指一些能让你停止当前工作的事情。频繁的打断会阻止你保持专注。

Priority: A priority is a task that should be completed before others. If a task is important and needs to be finished as soon as possible, it is a high priority.
优先级:优先级是指你需要比其他事情优先完成的任务。如果一个任务重要而且需要尽快完成,那么它就是高优先级的。

Reminder: A reminder is a message that helps you remember to do something. If you have something important to do, you should leave a reminder so you don't forget about it.
备忘录:备忘录是一种能帮助你记起某件事的消息。如果你有一些重要的事情要做,你应该留下一个备忘录让你不要忘记这件事情。

To-do list: A to-do list is a list of tasks that need to be completed. Making a to-do list of your work helps you set priorities and organize your time.
待做清单:待做清单就是一个待需要完成任务的列表。制作一个工作的待做清单能帮助你设置优先级,组织你的时间。

2.以前我喜欢把待做的事情都放在脑海里,依赖于记忆力,但在这个信息爆炸的时代,很可能某刻就会遗忘一些事情,比如信用卡账单、手机莫名扣费的账单。所以,涉及到收入支出的行为,我们一定要有reminder和to-do list,因为他们是high priority。

When young, I was proud of my good memory, which I could recite a passage in a short time. But now, it changes. It takes longer than before to remember a new word. Sometimes, I forget about something important, like paying off credit card debts. It makes me frustrated. How could such a clever boy ignore these? Perhaps I need to learn how to leave a reminder and make a to-do list for my routine. OK, tomorrow I will start it.
