001垄断是反社会的。

垄断的目的是以社会利益为代价去满足垄断者的利益，一个垄断的企业或者行业会损害社会的稳定和经济效率。

早在20世纪20年代通用汽车开始迅速扩张时，通用汽车就有高级管理人员认为通用汽车不应该以完全控制汽车市场为目的，应该使强大、健康的竞争对手得以生存，这样可以提高公司的效率和盈利能力。

即当公司太过于成功时反而可能会损害公司利益。

002“为了有用而生产”还是“为了盈利贰生产”？

为了盈利而生产是理性与效率的原则，是公司立足的根本。

003拒绝改变的通用汽车

德鲁克先生建议通用公司再二战结束后，在恢复和平时期的生产之前，慎重考虑是否应该原封不动的额套用战前的策略。通用汽车的高管认为要推翻他们在过去20年形成的既定策略是“离经叛道”的，也就是说通用公司拒绝改变，这也是多年后通用汽车从繁荣走向没落的重要原因之一。
