I dream of a workplace where we understand each other and talk to each other and respect each other and value each other.. A place where people do not shout at each other or belittle each other's contribution. Where there is no 'us' and 'them', where people do not stand against each other, dividing and demeaning, but with each other, collaborating and working 'together' towards a common goal.
