馅料:玉米 豆干 黑木耳 榨菜 胡萝卜
调料:食盐 黑胡椒粉 花生酱 芝麻油
面皮:面粉200克 亚麻籽粉30克 小麦胚芽20克 温水115ml 酵母3克
方法:
1、准备好面皮食材;

2、准备好馅料食材;

3、切碎馅料拌入调料后在锅里炒一下,不用太久,炒匀即可;

4、面团一次发酵后揉尽气泡,揉成长条,等量切小团,擀圆包入馅料,然后放平底锅,全部做好后放油,开小火煎;

5、底部煎好后倒入适量清水,盖好盖子继续焖煎;

6、待水快收干前翻面煎一下;
