I am Liming in Beijing, China. Your cartoon is a striking appeal to me, an Economist reader.  These days I enjoyed a cover story of Economist, it's about Peak Valley: Why startups are going else where. Palpay shareholder Peter Thiel occured to me when the cartoon leaped to my eyes. But I am curious who is the guy on the electric scooter. I found every way to dig it out, but no result.
