A Tour to LINDT and IKEA
Today, I went to visit LINDT factory outlet together with Ling’s family for the reason that there are usually special offers after Easter holiday. Although it was a pity that we were not allowed to enter the factory adjacent to the outlet, I felt exceptionally excited to have a look at the variety of tasty and well-priced chocolates! Owing to Ling and Jenny’s practical suggestions, I eventually selected several types of chocolates for my family and friends, including dark chocolate, mango & cream, sea salt, milk hazelnut and raisin hazelnut flavour. What is more, Ling treated me to a cup of cold chocolate, which turned out to be a wonderful lovely drink! As Jenny said, since after having tasted LINDT’s cold chocolate, any other kinds of chocolate drink will just pale in comparison.

We also went to IKEA store in the nearby, where Gerry and Ling went to get a cake for free using their membership card. It was until then did I know that today was actually Gerry’s birthday (Apr. 22nd). He really looked very happy getting his cake, looking like a most excited teenager boy. To be honest, I felt somehow guilty because I had not prepared anything for him. So I decided to give him (and Ling as well) a XIAOMI wristband (each) as a birthday gift after flying back to China for holiday to show my gratitude towards them. The present may not be that expensive, but I believe the thought counts more!
