3月30～31日训练总结
The match we played on Sunday morning
This weekend of March 30th and 31st, I had a class at 8:30 and at 10:30, the kids from Primary school were back from holidays. For the first class I had around 10 kids and for the 2nd class I had I had about 14 kids on Saturday and on Sunday respectively from the age category of 10年 team D. The weather was good.

1.Warm up
Content 1 (5 min)
Keeping the ball possession as long as possible, it’s a fun game where 2 kids one in red other in green, the one who start dribbling inside a limited area of 20m x 20m, his opponent try to remove to ball from the one in possession and once he managed, also he took control.
Content 2. (15min)
Juggling and restart juggling with using hands
Ball juggling using one foot (Right) and the (left), both feet (Right – left), knee (Right – Left) and we ended by learning how to restart juggling without taking the ball from the sol using hands, but by using foot.
2.Technical drills: (20min)
Content 1.
Outside foot by letter 8
Performing a ball dribble between 2 cones by writing letter 8, only by using your best foot, and make as many as u can within 1minute of time.
Content 2.
Outside football and pass or shoot
Two players in group use one ball, and have to dribble from his own small gate, towards the centre where he performs a round control over the cone in front of him only by using the outsidefoot, the turn over to pass back to his groupmate and after his must change the gate where hi pass the ball, a good pass and a good reception of the ball was emphased on as well as using inside foot for passing and receiving the ball.
3.Match (40min)
We used 2 small sided pitches, we played 4 v 4, and 3 v 3, here more should be done in strengthening 1 v1 skills as well as passing.
We won 8:3
On Sunday on the 1st class the kids from primary school (my team) played a match with other kids from other club and we won by 8 to 3.
