创造型人格的人最重要的能力之一就是能够一直坚持不懈，并且享受为达到自己目标的创作的过程。

其实不仅是创造型人格的人，我们每一个人，都应该在追梦过程中坚持不懈，为了自己的目标和理想一直奋斗。虽然结果很重要，但我们更应该去享受这种奋斗的过程！

4本周学习中我遇到的困难

这周学习中乔布斯的演讲这篇文章逻辑结构相当清楚。有困难的还是在听力上，已经有好几次了，大概听出来了，而且总感觉这个听到的单词我认识，可就是写不出来，当看到答案的时候，验证了我的猜想，确实认识（失落！！）

5语伴给我的建议

听出来写不出来是很可惜的，所以现在的问题，不仅仅是听力的问题，更是词汇量的问题，所以再练习听力之余还是抓紧背单词吧！！！

6我的一些其他收获和感受

通过阅读乔布斯的演讲，让我又get到了一个新技能：那就是在写作的时候，尽量也像这样，层次分明，给自己方便也给读者方便！

7下周努力的方向

第四单元单词已完成，接下来要做的就是听第四单元的Further practice in  listening.

What  makes  creative  people's  personality  different  from  others  is  complexity.Here  are  some  traits  that  are  often  found  in  creative  people.First  of  all,creative  people  have  a  great  deal  of  physical  energy,but  they  are  also  often  quiet  and  at  rest.Because  they  know  how  to  control  their  energy.Then,creative  people  tend  to  be  smart  yet  naive  at  the  same  time.Earlier  studies  on  superior  mental  abilities  show  that  children  with  very  high  IQs  do  well  in  life  and  it  might  be  difficult  to  do  creative  work  with  a  lower  IQ.Furthermore,creative  people  seem  able  to  use  well  two  opposite  ways  of  thinking:the  convergent  and  the  divergent.For  telling  a  good  idea  from  a  bad  one,we  must  rely  on  convergent  thinking.Creative  people  alternate  between  imagination  and  a  deeply-rooted  sense  of  reality.And  they  tend  to  be  both  extroverted  and  introverted.In  the  other  words,they  exhibit  both  traits  at  the  same  time.Creative  people  also  are  humble  and  proud,rebellious  and  conservative,passionate  and  objective  at  the  same  time.Perhaps  the  most  difficult  thing  for  creative  individuals  to  bear  is  the  sense  of  loss  and  emptiness  they  experience.Yet  when  a  person  is  working  in  the  area  of  his  or  her  expertise,worries  and  cares  fall  away,replaced  by  a  sense  of  happiness.
