In a popular word to say that Hem is the guy with negative energy.

When it goes with age,we shoud give stubtraction for our circle of friends.We should keep away from such people like Hem,who is grumbling、poor-spirited and likes to take the edge off other's confidence.

We'd rather to make friends with Stiff and Scurry,who are uncomplicated but good at action.There are too fast changes to allow us to make deep decision in this era.
