Engineering Manager/Director
Outcomes:
1. Manage an engineering team to build an indispensable product for anyone looking to do SME lending anywhere in the world
2. Grow the team of product and engineering team members who will deliver on this mission in a very short time frame
Competencies:
o Managed teams of software developers that can demonstrate they have shipped and released product at pace
o Former developers, preferably with web app development experience
o Skills in full-stack application development, Python preferred but not mandatory
o Experience in working in the tech platform in Western countries
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a top university in either the UK or USA
o 8-15 years of relevant experience, with minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
o Strong written and spoken English
o Currently hands-on
