For some reason，I  always  wake up in the middle of the night,  and then  turn on the light  and  walk towards the living room.

when I look out of the window， it is cold and dark outside.  I can't see anyone  in  the  dark .

To my surprise  I feel relaxed  and  even wanna  say something to myself at the moment. But  it looks strange，doesn't it!

I remember that I enjoyed rambling without a word  in the country or  in the crowd  years ago.

But now I love the dark.

Maybe I  am only  keen on  countless  peaceful night  in the same way that  the birds likes to freely  fly in the sky .

many people  always  tell  you what should you do ， but they don't realize one very important thing.

everyone  has a  difficult time .  Sometimes as long as we know that we need plenty of time to  heal  ourselves.
