今天要跟大家分享的是我们的初尝试——双色戚风蛋糕。
材料:低筋面粉,细砂糖,食用玉米油,可可粉,鸡蛋,香草精,小青橘,鲜牛奶,炼奶,【惠饮】椰汁
步骤:
1.备好材料

2.将鸡蛋蛋黄和蛋清分离,各自备用
3.蛋黄加入鲜牛奶,玉米油拌匀乳化(黏糊状),再加入篩过的低筋粉和椰汁拌匀至糊状

4.打发蛋液

5.蛋清和蛋糊混合(制作蛋糕糊)
打发好的蛋清和蛋糊各取1/2,将蛋清分两次加入蛋糊搅拌均匀后放入冰箱
剩下的蛋糊加入可可粉,香草精和炼奶搅匀,同理,蛋清也是分两次与之搅拌做成巧克力味的蛋糕糊

6.将巧克力味的蛋糕糊倒进模具,放入事先170度预热好的烤箱,烘至成型(大约10分钟)。少量巧克力味蛋糕糊放入冰箱用作裱花

7.上述成型后取出,倒入黄色蛋糕糊并裱花

8.烘焙20分钟后成功取出
