A:How much do you think the fare will be to the airport?

B:About fifty- eight Yuan. I can't tell exactly, but whatever it is, it will show on the meter.

A:I took a taxi yesterday from here to the airport, and the driver charged me seventy Yuan.

B:Was it rush hour?

A:No, it wasn't.

B:Well, there is nothing I can say, sir.

A:Do you think he intentionally drove all around instead of driving directly to the airport?

B:No. Why would he want to do that?

A:For more money! Maybe he thought I was someone who could be taken advantage of.

B:I wouldn't say that, sir. The cab driver would lose his license if he got caught doing a thing like that.

A:I didn't know that.

B:Now you know. Are you new in this city?

A:Yes. I'll probably stay here for one more weeks.

B:Here you are, the airport. Fifty-six Yuan.

A:Here is sixty Yuan. Keep the change.

B:Thank you.

A：到机场需要多少钱？

B：差不多 58 块钱。我说不准，不过不管多少，都会在计程表上表示出来的。

A：昨天我从这里打的去机场，司机跟我要了 70 块钱。

B：是在交通高峰时间吗？

A：不是。

B：那我就不好说什么了，先生。

A：你觉得他是不是故意兜圈子而不直接送我去机场？

B：不会吧。他干吗要那么做。

A：可以多赚点钱呀。也许他觉得我是那种可以占便宜的人吧。

B：我不这么想，先生。出租车司机这样做一旦被发现会被吊销执照的。

A：这个我到并不清楚。

B：现在你知道了。你刚来这个城市吧？

A：是的。我可能还要在这里待-周多。

B：到机场了。56 块钱。

A：这里是 60 块钱，不用找钱了。

B：谢谢。
