本周4月9日至4月13日。Nework细化打磨产品流程，通过场景验证方法，优化产品逻辑细节，新增部分运营方法及功能，以帮助用户更好的完成技能服务，以下为本周项目进度报告：

产品设计：

根据产品落地主要城市群，各地区类目数据字典，完成度100%；

Nework用户模块流程，加入会员等级体系，完成度100%；

新增部分运营功能，Nework产品信息结构改版，完成度约85%；

与技术开发团队紧密沟通，确保产品需求的落地执行；

UI设计：

Nework用户模块移动端页面设计，完成度约55%；

技术研发：

Nework匹配引擎框架搭建及算法设计，完成度30%；

Newpay补充规则细节开发，完成度约50%；

系统测试：

根据产品调整修正测试用例，完成度约30%；

需求发布模块功能性测试用例编写，完成度约40%；

市场运营：

日常运维：Nework官方电报群与微信官方群日常运营维护，用户量目前稳定增长；

用户增长：官方推特发起有奖转发活动，结合电报群吸引数百人参与；

商务合作：与硬件钱包onekey达成商务合作，NKC定制钱包团购活动吸引超过50个用户购买；

峰会举办：积极筹备PMC2018年区块链产品技术峰会，目前活动得到多家投资机构及行业媒体的大力支持，活动报名火热进行中；

活动参与：4月13日参与链得得DemoDay活动进行分享；

The Nework team refines the product flow, verify the scenario , optimizes the product logic details, and adds some operational methods and functions to contribute to the implementation of skills services. Product Design:

Regional service catagory dictionary for major urban agglomerations where the products are located has been completed;

Nework user module process added with membership rating system has been completed;

Added some operational functions, Nework product information structure revision has been completed by about 85%;

Keep close communication with the R&D team to ensure the implementation of product requirements;

UI Design:

Pages of user module of Nework on mobile terminal has been completed by about 55%;

Technology Research & Development:

Nework matching engine framework construction and algorithm design has been completed by about 30%;

The development of Newpay supplements rule details has been completed by about 50%;

System Test:

Adjustment and correction of test cases according to product has been completed by about 30%;

Preparation of functional test cases for demand release module has been completed by about 40%;

Marketing Operations:

Daily operation: Nework official telegram group and WeChat official group daily operation and maintenance, the number of users is currently growing steadily;

User growth: Nework official twitter launched a prize-and-forward campaigncombined with the telegram group,attractedhundreds of participants;

Business cooperation: Business cooperation with the hardware wallet onekeyhas been reached , NKC customedwallet group buying activities attracted more than 50 buyers from users;

SummitMeeting: Actively preparing for the PMC2018 blockchain product technology summit. The activitiesnowhave received strong support from a number of investment institutions and industry media, and the registration activities are in full swing;
