mac 更新到 Ventura 之后，风扇时常狂响，看任务面板，发现 ThumbnailExtension_macOS 时常 99% cpu

即使杀掉后也会迅速重启，问题依旧。

问题解决

Run a search on the finder and check if in the "view options ( ⌘+J) the "show icon preview" is unchecked.
