1.@NotEmpty注解废弃

spring-boot-starter-web依赖中中包含了hibernate-validator

使用org.hibernate.validator.constraints.NotEmpty时发现已经废弃

2.java.net.URLEncoder中encode(String s)方法过期

废弃的原因是字符串可能因平台默认编码不同而不同
需要改用encode(String s, String enc)
s:要转换的 String
enc:所支持的字符编码名称
