Because of the need of my work, I must improve my English level. On Jan.6th, 2019, I made a plan that I would write eighty English writing topics according the TOETL oral items. I am glad that I finished the plan smoothly yesterday. Meanwhile, as a Christion, I must thank God for hearing my prayers before writing every topic and granting me energy to finish the plan. And thanks for the Janshu website platform’s support. Because most of my writings were selected to the translation area, some friends pay attention to my writing and suggest me to continue to keep update in the future.
In my writing, I mentioned that I was a Christian. From today, I ‘d like to share with you some meaningful scriptures and write down my thoughts or stories. I hope Christ’s gospel also can bring JanShu platform’s friends peace and joy.
As everyone knows, the Holy bible is peaceful book of liberation. The book can bring us strength to our lives, and God’s words also moisten our heart. Today I will share the scripture of Timothy 4:15 that “Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see progress.”
The above scripture is from the Timothy 4:15 of the new testament. God’s words remind us that we should be diligent to pray and read the Holy bible. We also obey the God’s rules with our whole hearts. So, if we can keep on the habits, other people can see our progress.
About reading the Holy bible, we can’t look at the scriptures quickly, but we should be deep meditation about God’s words, so that we can remember the scriptures and transmute into our quality. In addition, the scripture tells us that serving the Lord is not a sloppy job, but it is to offer our best energy at the altar. In the way, we can benefit. It means, if we do a thing with our whole heart, our labor will not be in vain.
From the above scripture, it reminds me about my worshipping activity of last night. Generally, our church holds the worshipping activities twice every week(Wednesday and Sunday). Though it is far from my house to the church, I always try my best to attend the activity no matter how I feel too tired due to my carsick and many daily working tasks. After every activity was ended, I often prayed for my sins to God, because I felt sleepy while listening to the preach at nights. My behaviors look like serving the Lord, but I still lack to pay my whole heart...
Though I am a Christian, obeying the God’s word is also challenging. When I make mistakes, the holy spirit can give me a reminding that I should pray for my mistakes. With time, some negative behaviors are being changed naturally and I am walking on the way toward positive energy of the Christ.
Besides, through the scripture of Timothy 4:15, it gives us an important warning that let us have a right attitude to do everything, whatever in the work, life, family relationship and other aspects…
Finally, I’d like to make clear, for the explanation of the above scriptures, I referenced the the internet. For my personal points, I am not sure whether my understanding is right. If you are an old Christian, I will appreciate it If you can give some comments.
