BECAUSE

1.  Jesus came.

2. He has called us out

【提后1:9】[和合本]　神救了我们，以圣召召我们，不是按我们的行为，乃是按他的旨意和恩典。这恩典是万古之先在基督耶稣里赐给我们的。

[ESV]who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began,

3. 为了听见耶稣说well done

【路19:17】[和合本]主人说：‘好，良善的仆人，你既在最小的事上有忠心，可以有权柄管十座城。’

[ESV]And he said to him, 'Well done, good servant! Because you have been faithful in a very little, you shall have authority over ten cities.'

【太25:23】[和合本]主人说：‘好，你这又良善又忠心的仆人，你在不多的事上有忠心，我要把许多事派你管理，可以进来享受你主人的快乐。’

[ESV]His master said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.'

4. we know the LORD knows

【耶29:11】[和合本]耶和华说：我知道我向你们所怀的意念，是赐平安的意念，不是降灾祸的意念，要叫你们末后有指望。

[ESV]For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

这句话是未来式，不是过去式，不是He hopes, 而是He knows.

He is already seen it from the future.

5. we walk by faith, not by sight.

【林后5:7】[和合本]因我们行事为人是凭着信心，不是凭着眼见。

[ESV]for we walk by faith, not by sight.

We should have the ability to have sights in spiritual room.

【来11:1】[和合本]信就是所望之事的实底，是未见之事的确据。

[ESV]Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.

faith  vs  fact  vs  truth

God knows something that you don't know.

6. God himself is our very great reward.

【创15:1】[和合本]这事以后，耶和华在异象中有话对亚伯兰说：“亚伯兰，你不要惧怕！我是你的盾牌，必大大地赏赐你。”

[ESV]After these things the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision: "Fear not, Abram, I am your shield; your reward shall be very great."

We are not going to be disappointed when we came to the end of our journey and meet face to face with the Creator who had made us.
