Fake products

Fake products have negative values. 

If you look closely, you will often find fake products developed along with the economic booming.  After China set up the “economic focus” policy, we have 2 typical examples to indicate our economic growing.

The first example is the “Yiwu daily consumable products exchange market.” It was established in 1982. If you look at those yearly turnover, you can see it had a very strong economic increase. But with the positive turnover, came along the fake products. Poor qualities、fake products have become the nickname of this market. The local people had to work really hard later trying to get rid of this image.

The other example is Taobao. Taobao was established in 2003. In 2009, it created a fantastic 11.11 festival (November 11 of each year). Have a look at the daily turnover. These figures are astonishingly amazing. But now Taobao is considered “fake products digital platform”. If you search on baidu about Taobao, you will find over 8M articles about fake products.

No matter on internet or non-internet market, you can always find fake products covering almost everything: dressing, eating, real estate, travel. etc. Imposing threats to our daily life.

The fake imported milk. Law case in 2014.

The fake medicine. Law case in 2014, involving 16 provinces, 36 dealers and 19 kinds of medicals items.

The fake seeds. Law case in 2015, more than 5000 square meter land had 0 growing-ups.

Even the education system is polluted with cheating.There was a case in the Central University of Finance and Economics in 2008. After studying 4 years in the school, the students finally found out that the certificates they received were not issued by our education ministry.

When we realized that fake products are threatening our lives, we are willing to pay more for the real goods, even though, sometimes we can’t be sure whether what we buy is real or fake. There was a video showing that the express delivery companies were involved making fake delivery notes. When paid only RMB30, they can issue an international express delivery note indicating that the goods have been delivered from overseas to China, while In fact that is just a tour on the system. 

Fake products not only threaten our daily life, they could also puts our society into danger.

Without credibility , the society is full of trouble.

Those small factories making fake products haave severely ruined our environment.

All those negative results of the fake products put our social security into bad situation.

Even worse,it has also damaged our country’s reputation and economic development.

If we only focus on copying produces, or producing poor quality products,  instead of focuing on having our own patented technology, our country will lose the engine for future development.

On the other hand, the international high-tech firms are reluctant to invest in China because they are afraid to be copied and patents not protected.

Our country’s reputation will soon become a "copycat country". No respect from others.

I don’t like it when when foreign friends ask me where is Xiushui street. Because then you will know our image in their mind is just a place where cheap and fake stuff are sold.

What do we need to do ? Let’s see what others did.

In the USA, fake products are not popular because if you are caught making fake products, you will be punished into bankrupt, and might also go to prison.

Why do Japanese buy their own products? Why we go to Japan to buy their products? Because they keep the best goods to their own land.

Why does "made in Germany" means technology and quality? Because that's what they have been striving year over year.

If we want“made in China” also to mean: "real, reliable and high tech", Start from ourselves. Let's say not to fake products.

We can ask our friends and family to say no to fake products.

We can put our own wisdom and knowledge into our products.

We can be willing to pay for innovation and intelligence, intelligence and authenticity.

We need more companies like xiaomi and Huawei.

Then we will be respected. Our country will be stronger.
