Recently i'm sort of lazy,i always get up at 7 AM.

I do my CET6 paper, but the listening is too difficult ,i almost lose my confidence,so i intend to listen it again tomorrow.

By the way, with too much belly fat, i start to insist on exercise to build firm abs.Every time i finish my exercise, i sleep soundly at night.

I like writing ,so i must insist on input and output,such as 《不租房的606天》.

My maridarin is very poor , so i have to practice it regularly ,i think reading notes is a good choice !
