In this TED talk, the speaker shows us a equation that define plus tell equals earn, which means if we'd like to get paid we worth, we must learn to define and communicating our own value.

Of course, it's based on the truth that we do have our core competence. Start from that can we practice the equation.

I've always known that women earn less than man in most countries but I have never thought it has something to do with women's character. The speaker says that women pretend to hide their advantages and' let the work speak for me'. Now I understand how much it hurts women's rights and confidence.

I will build my confidence and study hard from now on, trying to win a bright future for myself. I believe that I will join the equation sooner or later.
