它是由鸡丁,大葱段,花生炒的

Consisting of cubes of chicken, chunks of scallions, peanuts,

以干辣椒,川花椒,和美味的酱汁来调味。

it’s seasoned with dried chilli, Sichuan pepper and a tasty sauce.

This dish creates a sophisticated and addictiveflavor:

sweet, sour, umami, spicy, mouth-numbing, and nutty.

更详细的做法:

Instructions:

把鸡肉切成小块,用玉米淀粉腌一下

Cut the chicken into small cubes,and marinate with cornstarch.

搅拌好酱汁:酱油,米醋,米酒,糖,淀粉,水。

Mix the sauce: soy sauce, rice vinegar,rice wine, sugar, cornstarch & water.

按以下顺序入锅,用大火翻炒:

Stir fry on high heat by addingthe ingredients in the sequence:

1)油,干辣椒 & 川花椒

1) Oil, dried chilli &Sichuan pepper;

2)腌好的鸡肉

2) Marinated chicken;

3)切段的大葱,大蒜,姜

3) Scallion chunks, garlic &ginger;

4)酱汁

4) The sauce;

5)炒好的花生

5) Toasted nuts.

炒的过程:

Stir-fry the dish:

1. Heat a wok over high heat. Pourin oil then add dried chilies and Sichuan pepper.

2. As soon as you smell thefragrance from the spices, put in the marinated chicken. Stir fry for 30seconds.

3. Add scallions, garlic &ginger. Continue frying until the chicken completely loses its pink color (Donot overcook. You can test its done by cutting one piece open with thespatula).

4. Give the sauce a good stir thenpour into the wok. Stir to evenly coat the chicken. Turn off the heat as soonas the sauce thickens.

5. Stir in the toasted peanuts. Dishout then serve immediately with plain rice.
