8/28 自控从提问开始
由于我昨天读完了第三章并写了读后感，所以今天的作业第一周复盘分享啦~~
这一周的自控心得可以由两个问题说起。
第一个问题：我想要什么？
我觉得完全自控是不可能的，生活总有很多不可控的因素存在，因此要想清楚我想要什么，我要做什么，我不要做什么。经常明确自己的目标。
就好比开车一样，我们要知道去哪里，选择哪条路线最佳，路上要小心驾驶，避开危险，才能最终到达。
所以这一周来我一直在想一个问题，就是我想要什么？这个目标一定是自己热爱的，喜欢的，可以长期坚持的，我想来想去，最后明确了我的目标是，想要我的英语变得更好，变得牛逼。因为这个原因，当我偷懒想刷剧，想看小说，想拖延的时候，总会问自己这个问题，我想要什么？脑袋里的两个小人总会经过一番激烈的争夺战后，我乖乖去完成作业。
一句话，明确目标，并且这个目标的达成意愿非常强烈，那么自控就是可以实现的。
第二个问题：如果失控了怎么办？
其实我经常失控，也会情绪低落。每当清单上列的任务一个都没做，我都不知道我的时间都哪儿去了，这时真的会产生挫败感。但是看过自控力书后，我才发现这样的情绪对自控没有帮助，反而会恶化。其实，失控了，不如接受不完美的自己。这个挺难做到的。
接受自己，接受别人，接受现状，这三点我花了很久，其中冥想起到很大作用。通过冥想练习，我不断和自己的内心对话，不断反思自己的行为，向其他小伙伴学习。我开始觉知，觉知自己的身体和心灵，觉知生活。这些都帮助我慢慢接受了现在的自己。只有接受，才能情绪平和，才能想想为啥失控，对症下药后，勇往直前，不断进步！
一句话，失控了怎么办？没关系，接受现实，脸皮厚点，勇往直前！

修改后：Many scientists believe that people equal development with progress, which is the biggest mistake.
答案：Many scientists maintain that one of man’s greatest errors has been to equate growth with advancement.
3. 现在人们以怀疑的态度看待“发展性”的产业，因为它们的副作用会破坏环境，破坏各种生命之间的关系。
Now people treat developing industry skeptically for their side effect will pollute environment and break the intervital relationships.
修改后：Now people look on developing industry skeptically, because their side effects will break the environment and the intervital relationships.
答案：Now “growth” industries are being looked on with suspicion in case their side effects damage the environment and disrupt the relationship of different forms of life.
4. 人口的增长导致对世界上有限的空气、水和土地的需求不断增长。
The increasing population leads to the high needs of natural resources including limited air, water and soil in the world.
修改后：The growth of population generate the increasing needs of limited air, water and land all over the world.
答案：The growing population makes increasing demands on the world’s fixed supply of air water and land.
5. 伴随着人口增长的是越来越多的人渴望更高的生活水平。
With the growth of population, people yearn for the higher living conditions.
修改后：More and more people yearn for the higher living standard with the growth of population.
答案：This rise in population is accompanied by the desire of more and more people for a better standard of living.
反思：
问题1：用词不准确
问题2：句型结构太繁复
