python安装库时报错：fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'stdint.h':No such file or direct
解决方法：下载stdint.h文件（该文件在 msinttypes-r26.zip中），并放到指定位置（C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Programs\Common\Microsoft\Visual C++ for Python\9.0\VC\include），然后重新安装需要的库
坑：stdint.h文件下载需要大量积分！！！！
