Summary

It sure is windy today. Ryder and other pups were preparing Chase's surprise birthday party in Katie's pet store. Marshall was playing with Chase to try to keep the secret for the surprise party. Everyone worried about it. The wind is stronger and stronger, Chase wanted back the lookout to stay with Ryder and other pups. Marshall suggested play outside for a while. At that time, All the lights on the street were out because the windmill turbine broke by plenty of wind. Without electricity, Katie couldn't make the cake for Chase, they won't have any music or lights in the party, the surprise might not be canceled. No electricity means the lookout door would not open automatically. Ryder used a screwdriver to open the door and pups got their gear. Ryder fingered out the windmill bland broke so no electricity on the main street. Ryder picked up Rocky, Marshall, and Chase to fix the windmill, and Skye, Rubble, and Zuma continued to prepare Chase's party. Sooner, they met the surprise and had fun.
