Besides, they will identify and push out low performers. The reason caused the shift is increasing anxiety in the C-suite.They dislike remote work and take advantage of the macro fear environment and scare people back into the office. Therefore, they take a harder line on working. But one expert said that it's not efficient to hit the accelerator and slam on the brakes.
