配置gradle镜像

在 %USERPROFILE%\.gradle下面创建新文件init.gradle，输入下面的内容并保存

配置maven镜像

复制E:\maven\apache-maven-3.3.9\conf中的settings.xml到%USERPROFILE%\.m2中，修改mirrors即可。
