The main difference between introverts and extroverts is that extroverts  have more freedom and willingness to express their mind out loud, while introverts consistently talk secretly to themselves.

It's shocking when all of a sudden I realize how relentless my inner self is talking. It never stops. I remember complaining how little energy I have. I get tired more easily, and more early for the day. Now I think my inner self is responsible for that, because it's a fucking manic. It can't manage to shut itself even when someone else is talking.

I should train my inner self to be more quiet, more decipline. Stop talking all the time, have some rest from time to time. Don't burn yourself out with the never resting self-talk. That what meditation all about, right? To shut your inner self up. Yes, that's what you gonna do. To  work on your medication skills.
