关于“忍耐”的话语（4）——读《雅各书》

《雅各书》是教导基督徒生活、行为准则的书信，涉及基督徒的言语、行为、金钱观、祷告、信心、为人处世等方方面面，被称为新约的《箴言书》。《雅各书》核心的教导: 信心与行为并行，信心因着行为才得成全。信心没有行为是死的，如同肉体没有灵魂。信心和行为是如何联结起来的？雅各说：通过忍耐。信心——忍耐——行道，这三样因忍耐互相联结。

A. 百般试炼中的忍耐

我的弟兄们，你们落在百般试炼中，都要以为大喜乐；因为知道你们的信心经过试验，就生忍耐。但忍耐也当成功，使你们成全完备，毫无缺欠。

C. 学习众先知的忍耐

【雅5:10—11】

弟兄们，你们要把那先前奉主名说话的众先知，当作能受苦、能忍耐的榜样。那先前忍耐的人，我们称他们是有福的。你们听见过约伯的忍耐，也知道主给他的结局，明显主是满心怜悯，大有慈悲。

[NIV]James 5:10—11 Brothers, as an example of patience in the face of suffering, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. As you know, we consider blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job's perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.
