1. 今天四点就醒来一次，有点睡不着，强迫自己继续睡到六点二十五，上课精力比较集中，下课之后又补了一会觉。

2. 上课的内容很细致，之前没有把音标带入一句话，针对性这么强的练习过。

3. 练习的时候总结了全篇用到这四个音标的单词，有些词的发音没有掌握，还需要多找规律，多练习。
