What's the leadership?

It is quality are difficult to define. but they are not so different to indentity.

Leaders do not force other people to go along with them, they bring them along. Leaders get commitment from others by giving themselves, by building an environment that encourages creatity, by operating with honesty and fairness.

和朋友的聊天，有些想跳出外企风云，有些因为换岗位而焦躁不安，在一个团队中，好的领导是什么样子的。

应该是充分信任手下的员工，在危机时刻，能为每个员工，做出最正确的道路选择。物尽其用。
