last afternoon, i drove my car on a bumpy road, and didn't find the same issue. i feel relieved.

From: Are you referring to the roughness of the paint or the small particles of mix that are on the plate before painting? Not really an ES300 standard.  But any contaminates on the plate before painting should be removed is the general rule.  In Stanford we used an Air Knife, we also wheelabrated for a short period and we cleaned the parts off with a brush.  In Juarez they are supposed to clean the back plates with a brush.

To: I mean the particle after painting, please check the following picture for your reference, yes, we also remove the particle on the surface of the back plate after hot press by compressed air.

From: Maybe take the paint off and see what the bubble on the paint is?  Either something was still on the plate or you have contaminated paint (paint filter going bad).
