Georgia Reports 1053 New Cases, 7 Deaths

1053 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia, 7 people have died, and 2067 people have recovered.

A total of 1,643,295 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia since February 2020, of which 1,601,578 have recovered and 16,678 have died.

The newly confirmed cases are divided by region as follows:

447 cases were confirmed in Tbilisi, Adjara – 34, Imereti – 143, Kvemo Kartli – 37, Shida Kartli – 65, Guria – 84, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti – 99, Kakheti – 76, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 28, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 13, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 27.

2,844,372 people have been fully vaccinated so far.

On March 21, 368 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Georgia, 1225 patients recovered and 8 died.
