一、环境配置
1.1 添加网络权限
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE"/>
1.2 Retrofit、RxJava工具包加入

1.4 配置Header
