1.准备适量的面粉。

2.放少许蓬松剂和碱面。

6.盖上盖子让面团放置十分钟

再揉一揉面团,使其表面光滑。

7.准备馅料,韭菜洗净,用碱水泡十分钟。

8.还可以在馅料里放一些鲜虾。

把青虾剁成虾泥,备用。

9.鸡蛋2~4个炒好,放凉后备用。

10.韭菜洗干净切成碎末。

11.鸡蛋和虾剁成稍小的块。

12.切好的韭菜先用油拌匀,最后再放适量的盐,花椒粉6克,鸡精5克,调好味的韭菜放入虾和鸡蛋。

13.发好的面,包上馅料,上火蒸

14.先放在锅里让包子10分钟,再上火蒸20分钟。
