Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology and the gradual prosperity of the economy, the business exchanges between China and the United States are becoming more and more frequent. Especially after China entry into the WTO, more and more countries have established friendly economic partnership with China. In the economic exchanges between China and the United States, business negotiations are needed. So, how to conduct business negotiations effectively between China and the United States? This paper will introduce the cultural background and cultural conflicts between China and the United States in detail to improve our competitiveness in Sino-US business negotiations.
