         聊天是门艺术，而我却是一个不太会聊天的人，因为这个原因搞砸的事能让我流一大碗眼泪。

        最近在看一些关于如何提高谈话技巧的书籍，所以整理些内容与大家一起分享。

每个人都喜欢被真诚的夸奖。

“你业务能力真强”和“上次遇见某某，他说你业务能力很强”，你能感受出来两句话带来的不用效果吗。

转述他人的赞美效果比你自己直接说的效果要好上百倍。
