( 大一/大二/大三/大四学生 ) from the Department of English Literature. On behalf of the Student Union/Council ( 学生会 ) of our campus, we earnestly/cordially ( 热忱地 ) and solemnly invite you to be a judge of the English speech contest.

第二段：介绍比赛具体事项

The contest will be held in the school auditorium/hall ( 礼堂 ) from December 22 to 23, 2019 for a total of two days. In the competition activities, you need to make some comments and give your marks for the competitors, and the evaluation rules manual will be sent to you in advance. The expenses of food and accommodation will be all borned/subsidized ( 承担/资助 ) by the school. We will share some small gifts and delicate souvenirs at the end of the contest.

第三段：期待接受邀请和及时回信
