Next Steps
To resolve this issue, please revise your app to implement all of the following precautions:
- Require that users agree to terms (EULA) and these terms must make it clear that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
- A method for filtering objectionable content
- A mechanism for users to flag objectionable content
- A mechanism for users to block abusive users
- The developer must act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content

接下来说一下自己解决的步骤吧，我也是被拒绝了四五回了
如果你的app有“用户生成内容”的功能，意思就是用户可以自己发布一些信息，并且能被其他用户看到。类似微信朋友圈，qq空间,这样的功能。那么你就需要对该用户，以及该条消息做以下处理：
- 屏蔽功能：用户能够主动屏蔽其他用户发布的信息。苹果可能是想到你觉得没什么，但是其他用户可能会对该信息感到反感。（我们是具有一个朋友圈功能，我做的是能够屏蔽该条动态，以及该用户的所有动态）
- 举报功能：用户能够主动举报其他用户，以及某一条违规的动态，并且一定要提示:“举报成功,平台将会在24小时之内给出回复”。当然，举报这东西很笼统，用户举报了平台处不处理就看各自的需求了······嘿嘿，访问接口与否也看你们咯😁
- 用户使用协议(EULA)，如果你的app没有这个最好还是加一个，我是加在注册的地方，不同意就不让注册
- 为了提高通过率，提供联系方式，让用户可以快速联系到你。我的做法是加了一个“联系客服”的按钮
做完这些也就差不多能通过了，我是直接通过。但是最后我还是因为同样的原因又被拒绝了几次，接下来我就再补充一下。
- 1.做完上面的步骤，接下来的几次上传我都没有出现这个问题，但是突然某一天，又被拒绝了，原因是我没有做全，被发现了。还有其他模块有类似的功能，没有做屏蔽／举报。
- 2.改完之后继续上传，还是被拒绝。然后我又用中文，给苹果回了封邮件说明我该做的都做了。但是还是被打回来了，最后改用英文的邮件发过去，依然被打回来。在心灰意冷之时，我就截图，然后用小红圈圈起来每个按钮是干什么的用英文注释上去，才通过的。
