pip install报错Could not install p

1.现象

pip install过程中发生报错:

ERROR: Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: ('Received response with content-encoding: gzip, but failed to decode it.', error('Error -3 while decompressing data: incorrect header check',))

2.解决

修改镜像源

vi~/.pip/pip.conf

替换成以下内容:

[global]

index-url=https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple

保存退出，再次安装即可。
