其实就是ReadWriteLock 下面有个sync
里面又声明了 ReadLock 和writeLock
公用一个sync。

其中,比较有意思的是state 这个第二个八位存储的是共享读的数量。而第一个八位存储的是抢占锁的数量。
读取锁如果发现有写锁,就会等待。
写锁呢?
如果发现有读锁,就会等待,但是走之前,先留下标记。就是state中加1.然后等读取锁搞定。
后来的读取发现有标记,直接进队列。
写锁发现不是自己的标记就进队列。
