5 Unexpected Signs Your Life Is
You want to have a big change in life — leap forward biggly, or make a noticeable difference. Very often you maybe, like me sometimes, feel I haven’t done much yet. I don’t feel that dramatic difference expected for a fundamental change.
But,
Don’t be disappointed. The good news is that you may be doing better than you think.
1. You began to notice new things around you. You notice a new person who is around in your company, your neighborhood, or on the street. You find that person is funny, different, and intriguing.
This may be that you have disconnected yourself from your community for a while. Now, you begin to fill the people into your community. You have stretched yourself to connect with them, study who they are, what they do, why they are there...
We all need to fill our community and tribes with different people to fill the need for our curiosity, our stimuli, and our connection.
When you start to fill people in your tribe, you are changing your world.

And you feel so weird because you do not do these things anymore. It may be weirder because you want to something that is not you at all. You want to talk to someone about the “dirty secrets” you have held for years!
This is a good sign that you are changing. Something inside you is awaking. Now you want to do something about it.
3. You sometimes find that you are talking to yourself and you can talk back to your other-self.
We always have internal self-talks all day along. When you begin to catch yourself talk and are able to see your own gremlin, you are growing your awareness. If you can tell your gremlin to shut up and back off, you are doing pretty well.
Self-awareness and consciousness are the big steps for self-development and growth. So congratulations!
4. You feel that you want to go out for fresh air. Air has our oxygen. When you feel more oxygen, it very likely you may want to have more energy, a fresh start, a stretch, or new things in your life.
Your body does not cheat on you. Your body sends you signals. So when you feel have some fresh air, follow your gut feelings, and get more out of the experience.
5. You want to eat and taste different things. You crave for salty foods —Korean foods which you never ate before. Or you want to try Indian food and turkey wraps.
Whatever you want to sense, go ahead and try them, and savor them fully. You are gaining new sense, new experience, and new taste buds.
Change takes place from small, little, and daily actions.
Experience, breathe, sense, and enjoy! You are changing.
