【Ivy周记分享 78 2018.05.14-20】Leade

亲爱的小伙伴们，

        上周末在哈尔滨成功竞选Toastmasters District 88 Div. J Director，这个过程真的很奇妙。峰会具体感受，下次周记再跟大家分享。

        此刻似乎更了解我内心真正的passion，我的习性。直面内心的恐惧，从不是易事。我也懈怠了很久，峰会再次点燃了我。看起来，我真的是个“易燃体”，在我在的地方向光野蛮生长。

        最近和H沟通中区团队组建。

        “伙伴们，如何你是团队负责人，你会选什么样的伙伴加入团队？你最看重什么样的品质？”

        H说，Ivy，想想你自己是怎么成长起来的！

        “乐于分享、反思？”

        “你想要，你渴望，你有特别强烈的成长意愿，你想把事情做成…”

        这点击中了我，一个strong team，如果都是狼，根本不需要leader去推，去喂。成长意愿首位，其他的，时间会给你！

        什么样的是leader？什么是leadership？

        是能带领大家一起跨越山丘、去往我们的目的地的人，是点亮他们前方路的，看到内心无限潜能的能力！

      （假如我们要到没有任何工具相通的对岸，manager可能会告诉你 如何造船，Leaders告诉你河对岸有什么。—这是一个小伙伴的分享，感觉被触动了。）

      How does a Leader do?

      I am observing and learning how to be a better leader.

      Leaders celebrate people's success Golden moments!

      Leaders aims high and have the strong wills!

      Leaders find and develop more leaders and support them to grow!

      ......

      Is a leader born to be?

      Maybe it is. And I believe some of them were empowered by another leader.

      Good morning! Share a good news: I've been elected as Div.J Director. It's like a beautiful dream, I cannot believe that really happened. However, it is!

      Life is switching to a faster-speed and various channel. Gradually, I came to realize what's the real passions in me? What I care?

      It's never easy to face the fear in and the giants above. But the team and surrounding pushed me forward!
