Sing While You...
While I was driving today, I plugged a CD into my car's player and sang along with the songs. Loved it! I haven't done it for a while, I found it very relaxing.
Sometimes I noticed myself singing while taking a shower. Or when I wash dishes. Or when I clean the carpet. Or when I draw.
Singing is one of the best things that you can do to relax anytime, anywhere.
