那如何才能做最好的自己，而不是做他人的影子或翻版呢？看完《坚毅》一书后，我对自己有了更多的更深刻的了解，针对自己的性格特点，我想从以下方面去努力做最好的自己。

一、要了解自己。我是一个不是特别聪明的人，不管在学习或工作中，自己都不是最出色的那一个。由于自己不是特别聪明的人，我相信“勤能补拙”“笨鸟先飞”的道理，因此在学习和工作中，我愿意比他人花跟多的时机精力和努力去完成学习和工作中的任务。只要我认准的事情，不管再难，我都想方设法解决。

二、利用自己的兴趣爱好打造独特的自己。我性格开朗，喜欢交积极进取的朋友。我喜欢看有关心灵鸡汤的书籍，在书中我能学到一些力量，这些力量能指引做一个勇敢的自己。我喜欢跑步，跑步不仅能健身，也是自我放松的最好方式。

三、我最大的弱点就是“做事不是特别的专注”，因此，在学习生活中，我要学会选择比较有意义比较重要的事来完成，从而培养自己的专注力。

How can you be the best you can be, instead of being someone else's shadow or clone? After reading the book "Grit", I have gained more and deeper understanding of myself.
