Every advance is composed of 3 steps forward and 2 steps backward.

Nobody wants to hear about the news that he did something failed. But this is a inevitable thing that everyone has to learn to face it correctly.

They also say failure is treasure when it need to encourage someone. I think It's two-sides opposites. It's just when you face it completely then it gonna be a kind of treasure in someone's life, but if you escape from it,  it may be a shame or shadow which will never fadeaway.
